1. How can I place an order?
To place an order, go to our website, choose the jewelry you want, add it to your shopping cart and follow the steps to checkout. You can pay via the available payment methods, such as iDEAL, PayPal or credit card.
2. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders placed before 23:59 on a business day will be shipped the next business day. Delivery time depends on your delivery address. Within the Netherlands, delivery usually takes 1-3 business days . Personalized items require 1-2 business days production time before they are shipped.
3. What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping as standard for all orders within the Netherlands. There are no additional costs charged for shipping.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please ensure your order is correct before checking out. If you accidentally made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@petfectlyyours.com.
5. Can I return my product?
Yes, you have 100 days to return a product, as long as it is unused and undamaged , with the original packaging and tags intact. The costs for returning are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or an error on our part.
6. How can I register a return?
To register your return, please send an email to contact@petfectlyyours.com. Please include your order number and reason for return. You will then receive a return form and instructions for returning the product.
7. What happens if my product is damaged or I receive the wrong product?

9. Can I have a piece of jewelry personalized with a photo of my pet?
Yes! All of our jewelry can be personalized with your pet's name, initials, and even a photo. You can add your personalization information at checkout.
10. Can I have my jewelry adjusted after purchase?
At this time we are unable to customize jewelry after purchase unless there is a mistake with the engraving or design. If there is anything wrong, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@petfectlyyours.com.
11. What if I don't receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at contact@petfectlyyours.com. We will track the package and help you further solve the problem.
