Welcome to Petfectly Yours! These terms and conditions apply to all products and services that we offer via our website. By using our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements, offers, products and services of Petfectly Yours (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "our").
1.2 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. We advise you to regularly consult the terms and conditions for the latest version.

2. Product information
2.1 We do our best to describe the products and services on the website as accurately as possible. Despite care, errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions or images may occur.
2.2 All images, drawings, specifications and other data on the website are indicative and may differ from the actual products.

3. Order
3.1 By placing an order, you agree to these general terms and conditions.
3.2 You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail, but the agreement will only be concluded after we have received your payment and the products have been shipped.
3.3 We have the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example in the event of incorrect data, technical errors or a suspicious transaction.

4. Prices and Payment
4.1 All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Payments must be made in full before the dispatch of your order. We accept payments via the offered payment methods, including iDEAL, credit card, and PayPal.
4.3 We reserve the right to change prices on the website. The price that applies at the time of ordering is the price that applies to that order.

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Orders placed before 23:59 will be dispatched the following business day.
5.2 Delivery time depends on the delivery address. On average, delivery can take 1-3 working days within the Netherlands. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, delivery times may vary.
5.3 We use PostNL as a carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

6. Returns and Cancellations
6.1 You have the right to cancel your purchase and return the product within 30 days of receipt of your order without giving any reason.
6.2 The product must be returned undamaged and in its original condition, including all associated accessories, packaging and labels.
6.3 Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
6.4 After we have received and checked the returned product, you will receive the full purchase price back within 14 days.

7. Warranty and Liability
7.1 We offer a guarantee on defects resulting from manufacturing faults. The guarantee period varies per product, but is at least 1 year.
7.2 We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products.
7.3 Our liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the product in question.

10.2 All disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
